Processing time and gray hair coverage

All shades cover up to 40% gray hair (depending on the hair type), with a processing time of 30–35 minutes. Natural shades cover up to 80% and can be used as a base for fashion shades. Example: you want 6.73 and have 60% gray hair → mix 60% no. 6 with 40% 6.73, processing time 40–45 minutes.

.0 series (5.0–9.0): 100% coverage even on resistant gray hairs, alone or mixed with a fashion shade (6% developer, 40–45 minutes). 50% .0 series + 50% fashion shade = 100% coverage in 45 minutes, even on thick hair.

S series (5S–9S): intense pigmentation, covers faster and stronger. It is only added to the mix (not used alone): coverage of up to 60–70% gray hair in 30–35 minutes, ratio 1:1.5.

Recommendations by series

C series (cool): 70% natural + 30% ash – prevents orange and red tones.
.1 / .11 series (ash): .1 has a green base, .11 a blue base. For over 40% gray hair, add a natural shade or the .0 series.
.12 series (ash violet): neutralizes orange and red reflections – ideal for toning.
.32 series (golden violet): gradually and controlledly cancels yellow tones.
Brown and red shades: maximum 30% natural base; on natural hair, 9% developer is recommended, 30–45 minutes.
12 series: lightens 2 levels with 6% developer, 3 levels with 9% and 4 levels with 12% (30–45 minutes).
Mix tones: intensify or neutralize unwanted tones; used alone on bleached hair, with 3% developer (10–30 minutes).
